SaaS Products - Delivery

A delivery policy explains how a business provides its products or services to customers. At Zappush, we are committed to ensuring seamless, timely, and transparent delivery of all our digital services.

Since Zappush offers both custom IT Services (bespoke, project-based work) and SaaS Products (subscription-based digital products), the delivery method and timelines differ based on the nature of the service. SaaS Products are delivered instantly upon payment, while IT Services follow project-specific timelines defined in individual Statements of Work.

 

All delivery is conducted electronically. We do not ship physical goods. Access credentials, configurations, and deliverables are transmitted via secure digital channels.

a. Delivery Method

SaaS Products are delivered digitally. Upon successful payment:

Zappush Agents Platform: You receive instant access to the platform via your registered account at agents.zappush.com. Account activation is automatic upon payment confirmation. Login credentials are sent to the email address used during registration.


ZapEvents (Shopify App): The app is installed directly through the Shopify App Store. Access is provisioned immediately upon installation and subscription activation through Shopify's billing system.


b. Delivery Timeline

For SaaS Products, delivery is instantaneous. In the rare event of a delay due to payment gateway processing or technical issues, access will be provisioned within 24 hours. If access is not received within 24 hours, please contact us at [email protected] and we will resolve the issue promptly.

c. Access Confirmation

Upon successful delivery, you will receive a confirmation email with your account details, login URL, and instructions to get started. For ZapEvents, confirmation is handled through the Shopify dashboard.

d. System Requirements

SaaS Products are web-based and accessible through any modern web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge). No software installation is required on your end. For ZapEvents, a Shopify store is required.

This Delivery Policy is provided to help you understand how Zappush LLP ("Zappush", "we", "our", "us") delivers its services and products to customers. Nothing in this document should be interpreted as legal advice for your individual circumstances.

Zappush is a digital-first company. All our offerings — both IT Services and SaaS Products — are delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped. This Policy explains how access is provisioned, what delivery timelines to expect, and how to resolve any delivery-related issues.

 

Because laws differ across jurisdictions, you are encouraged to consult with a qualified legal professional to ensure that your use of our services complies with applicable regulations relevant to your region.

IT Services - Delivery

a. Delivery Method

IT Services are delivered remotely through digital means. Deliverables may include:

  • Configuration of server-side tagging infrastructure in your cloud environment.

  • Integration of Conversions APIs with your ad platforms.

  • Setup of tracking and analytics pipelines.

  • Documentation, training, and knowledge transfer sessions.

  • Access to custom dashboards or reporting tools.

 

All deliverables are transmitted electronically via email, shared cloud storage, screen-sharing sessions, or direct implementation in your systems (with authorised access).

b. Delivery Timeline

Delivery timelines for IT Services are defined in the applicable Statement of Work (SOW) or service agreement. Timelines vary based on the scope and complexity of the project. Typical engagement durations range from 1 week to 8 weeks, depending on the project.

Zappush will communicate proactively if any delays are anticipated and will work with you to adjust timelines as needed.

c. Milestone-Based Delivery

IT Service projects are typically delivered in phases or milestones. Each milestone has defined deliverables and acceptance criteria as specified in the SOW. You will have the opportunity to review and approve each milestone before the next phase begins.

d. Handover and Documentation

Upon project completion, Zappush provides comprehensive documentation of all work performed, configurations made, and systems set up. A final handover session (conducted via video call) is included to walk you through the deliverables and answer any questions.

Geographic Availability

Zappush services are available globally. Since all delivery is digital, there are no geographic restrictions on service delivery. However, certain third-party integrations or cloud services used as part of our solutions may have their own regional availability limitations.

For international customers, all communication and delivery is conducted in English. Support is available via email and scheduled video calls across time zones.

Delivery Issues and Resolution

If you experience any issues with accessing or receiving our services, please contact us immediately. We are committed to resolving delivery issues within 24 hours for SaaS Products and within 2 business days for IT Service deliverables.

Common delivery issues and resolutions:

  • Payment confirmed but no access: Contact us with your payment confirmation. We will manually provision access within 4 hours during business hours.

  • Login credentials not received: Check your spam/junk folder. If not found, email [email protected] for re-issuance.

  • App installation issues (ZapEvents): Ensure you have admin access to your Shopify store. Contact us if the issue persists.

  • IT Service deliverable concerns: Raise the issue with your assigned project lead or email [email protected]. We will schedule a resolution call within 2 business days.

Service Availability and Uptime

For SaaS Products, Zappush targets 99% uptime.

Scheduled maintenance windows are communicated in advance via email or in-platform notifications. In the event of unplanned downtime, we will notify affected users and work to restore service as quickly as possible.

Changes to This Policy

Zappush may update this Delivery Policy periodically.

Revisions will be posted on our website with an updated "Last Modified" date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
