SaaS Products - Refund Terms
A refund policy explains the conditions under which a business will return payment to a customer. At Zappush, we believe in fair and transparent terms that protect both our customers and our business.
Because Zappush offers both custom IT Services (bespoke, contract-based work) and SaaS Products (subscription-based digital products), the refund terms are structured differently for each. Custom implementation work involves dedicated resources and cannot be reversed, while SaaS subscriptions offer more flexibility.
All refunds, where applicable, are processed to the original payment method in compliance with applicable RBI guidelines. We do not sell, share, or misuse any payment information collected during transactions.
a. Free Trials
Where available, SaaS Products may offer a free trial period. During the trial, you can use the product at no cost. No payment is charged until the trial period expires and you choose to continue with a paid subscription. You may cancel at any time during the trial without being charged.
b. Money-Back Guarantee
The Zappush Agents platform offers a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of your first paid subscription. If you are not satisfied with the service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your initial payment. No questions asked.
c. Refund Eligibility After the Guarantee Period
After the 7-day money-back guarantee period, refunds for SaaS subscriptions are generally not available. However, Zappush may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis in the following circumstances:
A documented technical issue on our end that prevents you from using the service, which we are unable to resolve within a reasonable timeframe.
You were charged in error (e.g., duplicate payment or incorrect amount).
Your account was charged after you had submitted a cancellation request before the renewal date.
d. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your SaaS subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by emailing [email protected]. Upon cancellation:
Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
You will not be charged for subsequent billing cycles.
No pro-rata refunds are issued for the unused portion of the current billing period.
e. Annual Subscriptions
If you are on an annual subscription plan, you may cancel at any time. Your access continues until the end of the annual billing period. Refunds for annual plans are only available within the 7-day money-back guarantee window from the date of initial purchase or renewal. After 7 days, no refund is issued for the remaining term.
This Refund and Cancellation Policy is provided to help you understand your options regarding refunds, cancellations, and related matters when using services offered by Zappush LLP ("Zappush", "we", "our", "us"). Nothing in this document should be interpreted as legal advice for your individual circumstances.
Zappush operates two distinct lines of business — IT Services (custom implementation projects) and SaaS Products (subscription-based software) — and the refund terms differ based on the nature of the service. We are committed to transparency and want you to understand your options before making a purchase.
Because consumer protection laws differ across jurisdictions, you are encouraged to consult with a qualified legal professional to ensure that your rights are protected in accordance with applicable regulations relevant to your region.

IT Services - Refund Terms
a. Nature of IT Services
IT Services are custom, project-based engagements where the scope of work, deliverables, timelines, and payment terms are defined in a Statement of Work (SOW) or service agreement agreed upon by both parties before work begins. Because these services involve bespoke development, planning, resource allocation, and execution tailored specifically to your requirements, they are fundamentally different from off-the-shelf products.
b. Refund Policy for IT Services
Refunds are generally not applicable for IT Services once work has commenced. This is because:
Custom implementations require dedicated planning, resource allocation, and execution specific to your project.
Work begins immediately upon SOW execution and upfront payment, and costs are incurred from that point.
Deliverables are bespoke and cannot be resold or repurposed for other clients.
c. Client Protections for IT Services
While refunds are not available for completed or in-progress work, Zappush provides the following protections to ensure you receive the value you are paying for:

Milestone-Based Delivery: Projects are typically structured in milestones. You review and approve each milestone before the next phase begins, ensuring work meets your expectations at every stage.

Acceptance Criteria: Each SOW defines clear acceptance criteria for deliverables. Work is considered complete only when it meets the agreed-upon specifications.

Revision Rounds: Reasonable revisions are included within the scope of the SOW to address any gaps or adjustments needed.

Dispute Resolution: If you are dissatisfied with the quality of work, we will work with you in good faith to resolve the issue. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute resolution process outlined in our Terms and Conditions applies.
d. Pre-Commencement Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an IT Services engagement before any work has commenced (i.e., before the SOW execution date or before any deliverables have been initiated), you may request a full refund of any advance payment made, minus any non-refundable administrative or setup fees explicitly stated in the SOW.
e. Termination Mid-Project
Either party may terminate an IT Services engagement as per the termination clause in the applicable SOW. In such cases, you will be billed for all work completed up to the date of termination, and any advance payment exceeding the value of completed work will be refunded. Deliverables completed up to the termination date will be handed over to you.

Refund Processing
Once a refund is approved:

Timeline: Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days from the date of approval.

Method: Refunds are credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. This is a requirement under applicable RBI guidelines.

Currency: For international payments, refunds are processed in the original currency of the transaction. Exchange rate differences, if any, are borne by the customer.

Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:

Domain registration fees, third-party tool licences, or cloud infrastructure costs procured on your behalf as part of an IT Services engagement.

Setup fees or administrative charges explicitly marked as non-refundable in a SOW.

Services or subscriptions where the full term has been consumed.
Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Chargebacks filed without first contacting Zappush may result in suspension of your account and services. We are committed to resolving any payment disputes amicably and promptly.
Changes to This Policy
Zappush may update this Refund and Cancellation Policy periodically.
Revisions will be posted on our website with an updated "Last Modified" date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
