Profile and preferences
Edit your name and set how dates and times appear to you across Zappush, including the date layout, the 12-hour or 24-hour clock, and the theme.
Your profile is about you, not a single store, so it follows you into every store and organization you can access. Open Settings → Your account → Profile to edit your name, and Settings → Your account → Preferences to choose how dates and times are shown.
Your name and email
On the Profile page:
- Edit the Name field.
- When you change it, an Unsaved changes marker appears. Click Save changes.
Your Email is shown but cannot be edited here. It is the address you sign in with.
Date and time format
The Preferences page sets how Zappush shows dates and times to you. This is your personal preference: it applies in every store and organization you open, and only to you, so each teammate can read dates their own way.
- Date format: pick MM/DD/YYYY, DD/MM/YYYY, or YYYY-MM-DD. Each option shows a sample date so you can see how it will look.
- Time format: pick 12-hour (for example 02:30 PM) or 24-hour (for example 14:30).
A change saves as soon as you make it; there is no separate save button. Until you pick your own, dates read MM/DD/YYYY and times use the 12-hour clock.
Date and time format live only here. A store's General settings hold its reporting timezone and currency, which apply to everyone who opens that store.
Theme
Choose Light or Dark under Theme on the same page. The theme is saved in the browser you are using, so another device keeps its own.
